Prayer Ministry
A group of Prayer Warriors who have received training in intercessory prayer and understand that the time they spend praying with you is confidential - unless you give your permission to share your request or concern with others. Prayer support is provided on Sunday mornings following each worship service and through our email / phone prayer chain which receives approximately 90 prayer requests each month.
Resurrection Lutheran Church is a prayer filled place of worship, fellowship and learning. Our leaders and ministry teams pray regularly for the mission and vision of our church, for our church family and for God's will in all things happening at RLC. Please let us know if we can pray for your specific needs or concerns by completing a prayer request card on Sunday morning or through the website by clicking on 'Prayer Request' button.

Faith Community Nursing
A Faith Community Nurse focuses on health promotion and disease prevention, integrating the physical, psychological, social and spiritual dimensions of health for every client. Licensure as a registered nurse is a requirement for this role. The Faith Community Nurse does not provide direct patient care.
Faith Community Nurse services are available to members and also non-members. If you need assistance with any of the following: Health education, Resource Referrals, Home and hospital visits, Counseling concerning health questions and issues, Integration of faith and health.

Stephen Ministry
Stephen Ministers provide one-on-one,confidential, Christ-centered care and support to people experiencing grief, divorce, illness, job loss, loneliness, disability, relocation, or other life difficulties. All Stephen Ministers have completed a 50-hour training course and have been commissioned by the congregation. For more information visit with a current Stephen Minister or one who is in training. Stephen Ministers provide the care. GOD provides the cure!

Pastoral Ministry
These ministers meet the first Thursday of every month, one group at 8:30am and the other at 5:30pm. They pray over and review care providers for the homebound and hospitalized. Pastoral Ministers are doing God's work. We visit anyone who is lonely, not feeling well, homebound, or just needs someone to talk to. We pray with them and serve communion when requested. It is such a Blessing that we can be with our Christian friends and share their journey.

Caring Callers
Provides phone calls to first time guest, follow-up calls to newcomers and check-in calls to those whose attendance routine has changed.
