How did you come to know Christ?
We would enjoy going to church on Sunday. When I was very young, it was our family time and it was dedicated to going to church every morning.  I was married by the church and had my children attend our children's ministry when they were young.

How did you come to Resurrection?
I was hired to work at RLC while attending college for my Early Childhood Certificate. I was working for Childcare Careers at the time.

What do you do at Resurrection?
I am the Preschool Director and have been blessed to work here since 2008. I was formerly the PreK lead teacher and went on to being the assistant director before becoming the director in 2018. It has been a blessing to connect with RLC and I enjoy the people I work with.
 
What is your favorite thing about your job?
What I love about my job is that I can work with children and encourage each child that they are unique and special in their own ways. I enjoy seeing children advance in their social, emotional, and intellectual development. Since high school, my passion was always to be able to help children and I am blessed to be able to work in this field.

Tell us about your family.
I was born in Mexico and have been living here in Arizona since I was 5 years old. I have three children – my daughter, Iliana and two sons, Irvin and Eros. I also have two adorable grandsons, Dariel and Yael, that have changed my life. I am very thankful and blessed for everything that I have.
